It is possible for you to order a photoprint of any art work displayed at this web site in a
selection of sizes. The photoprint will have its title printed just below lower left corner of the
art rectangle and a copyright notice of the artist printed just below the lower right corner of
the art rectangle. The photoprint will be also signed by the artist personally just below the
middle of the art rectangle.
The photoprint will be produced directly on photographic paper using the best technology
available for accurate color reproduction. It will have a matte finish to reduce any glare when
being viewed. It will be 100-year-archivable in quality and should last a lifetime if kept out of
direct sunlight.
Before ordering a photoprint of a displayed art work, please take the following steps to
obtain the least deviation of the displayed colors from the photographically produced colors,
and thereby reduce your chances of any disappointment with the resulting photoprint.
(1) If possible set your monitor to view the displayed print in true color (32-bit) mode.
Viewing it in high color (16-bit) mode will cause some color distortion. Viewing it in
256 color (8-bit) mode will cause both color distortion and graininess (dithering) in the
colors displayed.
(2) Make sure that the brightness control of your color monitor and all color settings are
set to the midpoint position.
(3) Be sure to view the larger image of the photoprint and any detailed close-up of a
sample section of it that may be found on the photoprint's overview page.
*** Please note that due to variations in the phosphor colors displayed by different
computer monitors and to differences in the brightness and color controls of different
computer monitors, you should allow for some minor differences in the colors
appearing in the photoprint that you receive. This, unfortunately, is unavoidable. If you
cannot tolerate minor differences in the colors appearing in the photoprint, you should
not order a photoprint, since there can be no guarantee - and is no guarantee - that
the photographically produced colors will exactly match the colors that are displayed
by your computer monitor.
Also before ordering a photoprint of a displayed art work, please take the following steps to
inquire if the work is still available for purchase.
(1) Prepare an e-mail message which states clearly
(a) the complete title of the photoprint,
(b) your name,
(c) the e-mail address to which we can reply regarding the work's status.
(2) Send the e-mail message to: fredummingerjr@worldnet.att.net
If the work is still available, we will automatically place the work on hold for you for a period
of two weeks to allow time for an order from you to reach us.
To place an order for a photoprint:
(1) State clearly the complete title of the photoprint.
(2) State clearly the paper dimensions of the photoprint size desired.
(3) Provide the name and mailing address of the party to whom the photoprint is to be
sent.
(4) Calculate the price for the size of the photoprint you are ordering, including any
applicable Missouri sales tax and any postage surcharge to addresses outside of the
U. S. A.
For orders destined to within the state of Missouri, please add a 5.35% sales tax
charge to the prices listed.
For orders destined outside of the U. S. A. when any paper dimension of the
photoprint exceeds 28 inches, please add a surcharge to the order total to cover
additional postage and insurance in the amount of:
$4.00 (US funds) for orders destined to Canada
$17.00 (US funds) for orders destined to all other foreign countries
(5) Include payment in the form of a cashiers check, money order or personal check in
the amount due for the photoprint order (in US funds) made payable to: Frederick W.

Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. Orders paid for with a personal check may be
delayed somewhat longer to allow for check clearance before the order is processed.
Photoprint orders will be sent by parcel air mail whenever feasible and will be fully insured
against any damage or loss. The photoprint will rolled up along its longer dimension in
order to minimize the length of the package shipped.
In case of damage, contact the delivering authority for the compensation provided by the
insurance and then submit another order for replacement of the damaged photoprint.
In case of loss, write to the ordering address above and include the name and mailing
address associated with the original order, so that the order can be located in our files. We
will contact the delivering authority and a replacement order will be sent as soon as the
delivering authority is satisfied with the evidence of loss.
